GeoModel Find-module Restoration, master branch (2021.01.21.)

Restored the "old" GeoModel find-modules. So that the offline software could be migrated piece by piece to the new module.

@rbianchi, I decided to do this for the moment because a scary number of packages depend directly on GeoModel in our offline software. I started migrating some of the core packages today, but I had to conclude by now that it would be unrealistic to make all of those CMake updates in a single MR there.

With all modules available at the same time, we should be able to migrate the offline package one-by-one if we wish. (Though I suggest migrating them in groups of packages that belong to the "same area".)
