FindGaudi: Only "find" Gaudi once

Frank Winklmeier requested to merge fwinkl/atlasexternals:cache_gaudi into master

Setting up Gaudi takes about 1 second and we should only do this once. This saves ~5 seconds in the Athena WorkDir configuration.
