This MR updates prmon to v2.2.0. The release notes can be found at:

The most relevant new functionality is being able to disable certain monitoring components (either via options and/or an environment variable if the former is not controllable by the user). This should help w/ ATLINFR-3888. Therefore, let me cc @leggett and @vpascuzz.
