Remove setting -DATHENAHIVE to fix ATLASSIM-3358

John Derek Chapman requested to merge jchapman/atlasexternals:ATHENAHIVE_fix_ATLASSIM-3358 into 1.0

AthAnalysisExternals and AthSimulationExternals builds in the 1.0 branch were mistakenly setting the -DATHENAHIVE flag. The respectivePostConfig.cmake.in files have now been updated to match the AthenaExternals version. This should fix ATLASSIM-3358

The Gaudi CPack settings for AthSimulationExternals now generate a ReleaseData file for Gaudi. Plus the CPack package version is set in a more reliable way now. This change was already in AthenaExternals.
