GDB build fix for CentOS 7 (2017.03.09.)

Attila Krasznahorkay requested to merge akraszna/atlasexternals:CC7GdbFix-20170309 into master

Made the build pick up libiberty.a from the right place on centos7 as well. As it turns out, that platform behaves exactly the same as slc6 does.
