Master setqt5pluginpath

Edward Moyse requested to merge emoyse/atlasexternals:master-setqt5pluginpath into master

QT_PLUGIN_PATH wasn't being set for Qt5, which meant the VP1 couldn't run.

This change should fix that ommission. I see the correct PATH in env_setup.sh.
