Updated the GDB build instructions.

First to make sure that the build uses all available CPU cores efficiently,
and then updated the build setup of resolveAtlasAddr2Line to take the
recent changes in atlas_add_executable(...) into account.

GDB: The GNU Project Debugger

This package builds GDB for the offline software of ATLAS. Ensuring that an appropriate GDB version would be available for the software development.

The source of GDB is taken from http://ftp.gnu.org/gnu/gdb/.
