Stgc and MM_ go to muons. Create/reinstate btagging domain.

We have the Mdt , tgc , RPC under muon but not the NSW MicroMegas (MM_) and Stgc

Also we do not see to have a btagging domain (we had one in the old style). This is perhaps more interesting now that we monitor also DAOD related parts.
