Remove obsolete/unused Keycloak docker images + local testing of keycloak-cern-k8s

Top-level changes:

  • MALTIAM-3245 Remove obsolete/unused Keycloak docker images
  • Update top-level README, add the list of images
  • Remove from .gitlab-ci.yml references to obsolete images

keycloak-cern-k8s image:

  • MALTIAM-3444 Add instructions for running the image locally
  • Fix CI job: cast TAG_NAME to lower case and replace special characters, to be accepted by Harbor
