I2C Master Init for all I2C channels, required for BCM'

The OptoSoftware only initializes the I2C for the I2C Master in use as can be expected. The BCM' requires/uses the other I2C address. For this reason we require the other I2C channel to be enabled. For this reason we suggest the following merge request.

Alternativly we can have a switch in the config json controlling this. (Like also enable other I2C channel) Let me know how you want to proceed.
