VME + PCIe: Revisit clock generation (and use Si5340 as a DCO)
By using the main Si5340 as a DCO (digitally control oscillator), we can get rid of the Si5340 and oscillator used for the helper clock. We can also get rid of the DAC and the voltage reference to control the VCXO, and instead of VCXO use XO or TCXO.
Also, the sweet input frequency for Si5340 is 50Mhz while we are using a 10Mhz VTCXO.
To be discussed, in particular if we should use double footprints.
