SW reset signals for mock-turtle CPUs

Add signals for resetting the mock-turtle cores from the GW.
Signals should perform the same functions as host commands:

echo 1 > /sys/class/mockturtle/trtl-0004-01/reset
echo 0 > /sys/class/mockturtle/trtl-0004-00/reset

It should resets the program counter, but not clear the whole RAM.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
