Add a module parameter to set the size of the HMQ_BUFFER_OUT
So far only the HMQ buffer IN can be adjust via a module parameter. It is also necessary to provide a new parameter to set the size of the HMQ buffer out.
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
