block design - address width mismatch

The address widths of master and slave C2C blocks need to be same even if it is not clearly mentioned in the official documentation (also mentioned in this article). Therefore, all the address widths of C2C cores in gt_links - link blocks needs to be changed to 32-bit to be able to build an appropriate connection between system and peripheral board.
