Absolute Paths in Response Files

Karol Krizka requested to merge kk_copyresponse into main

Use CONFIGURE_FILE to copy the reponse files into the build directory.

At the same time, any paths to data files (ie: geometry description) are replaced with the absolute path in the source directory.
