WIP: Configurable dac executable

We should cherry pick ltc2666test.cpp here, since the Microzed we've been working with for the AMAC bring-up was on Daniel's branch, and would need a rebase otherwise...

I'm making the MR so I don't forget about this. It'll be easiest to just copy the relevant file over here.
