WIP: adding utility to read all AM channels (included MUXed ones)

Joseph Reichert requested to merge am_readall into master

Validated by comparing most channels with DVM measurement, but did not calibrate AMAC first.

Should double check by doing the calibration first, and should confirm that all channels look as expected.
