More for irradiation

Need to test on the Microzed before committing; also need to do a bit more work after the hard resets.

Then we mostly need to just put the tests together as far as their order / frequency, along with a few other smaller things (e.g. set the three NTCs with different potentiometer settings, set DACs for DCDCin, etc.).
