New Agilent PS implementation for AgilentE3632APs

We have AgilentE3631APs, AgilentE3634APs, AgilentE364xAPs; however, we also have a model 3632A. We should create AgilentE3632APs class for this model.

The approach we've taken so far is each class corresponds to a programming manual. That way we should be covered if there are any model-specific caveats that we come across.

Thanks for the clarification, then I think we need to implement an AgilentE3632APs. I'll modify the description of this issue.
