CSVSink prints header for each recorded point
Each call to recordPoint
with CSVSink
prints the header in addition to the data row, e.g.:
time,RD53BMonitor,REXTA,REXTD,R_IREF,TP_NTC1,VDDA,VDDD,VDD_PRE,VINA,VIND,VMUX_OUT,VOFS,VOFS_LP,VREFA,VREFD,VREF_ADC,VREF_OVP

This is because of the way in which CSVSink
handles the file creation and checking if it is the first recorded point for a measurement run.
Noting this here. Subsequent MR to follow.
