AMAC in labRemote

What

As far as I understand it, AMAC is specific to ATLAS ITk Strips project. For this reason, I am not sure the AMAC class should be in labRemote. Rather, any tool for ITk strips purposes should be it's own package and any tool for ITk strips purposes that needs to communicate to AMAC devices should use (not be in) the labRemote library to enable the communication. The AMAC logic itself seems out of place in libDevCom.
