Multi-channel support for ps_monitor.

The ps_monitor program can now monitor multiple power supplies at the same time. Each measurement is uploaded with the same timestamp.

The syntax is as follows. It is backwards compatible.

Usage: ps_monitor configfile.json datastreamName channelname0 [channelname1 ...]

List of options:
 -t, --time        Milliseconds between measurements (default: 10)
 -d, --debug       Enable more verbose printout, use multiple for increased debug level
