Add Simple CI Build Test

A test is now run to ensure that the latest labRemote code with all* the dependencies installed compiles.

Would be nice to add some actual tests of the programs in the future.

Would be nice to make a custom docker image with all the dependencies installed. Installing them now is the longest part of the test.

  • I don't know what all of the probe station software dependencies are. So that part is not build....
