change thresholds for PPB boards

Change the following thresholds:

  • DCDC on voltage: from (1.45V, 1.65V) to (1.40V, 1.65V)
  • NTCPB: from (700, 1000) to (600, 1000)
  • CTAT: from (200, 500) top (200, 600)
  • Shuntx and Shunty ON: from (1.0V, 1.2V) to (0.95V, 1.2V)
