Fix OF in-test for end-cap R3

The end-cap R3 powerboards contain two AMACs, HVMuxes, LinPols, etc. They are basically two barrel powerboards. However, the OF of the second AMAC, is steered by the OFOut of the first AMAC. This MR accounts for that.

Depends on !157 (merged) and !158 (merged)
