Add linPol1V4 upper limit check

Ben Bruers requested to merge bbrueers/powertools:linPol1V4Max into activeTB

According to the AMAC manual (see below), the absolute max. on the LinPol1V4 is 1.6V. This MR adds a check on that in the OFIn test and fails a PB if the condition is not met.
