Print status of AMAC/(Multiplexer) values for mass or single testbenches

pbv3_print_status.cpp prints the current state of all AMAC readings for the single testbench and AMAC/multiplexer readings if using mass test system. Single or mass testbench specified by command line argument: -s or -m. In case of mass testbench, if 1V4 is too low (or too high) values aren't read, as the linPOL is assumed to not be working. NOTE: Not yet tested on single board testbench
