Active PADID test

  • Added PADID test that loops through 0 to 16 to determine the padid of the amac passed to it.
  • scanPADID adds "PADID" to config["results"].
  • AMAC function has a member with pad id. Default is 0
  • pbv3_config changed to work with new AMAC init method. Only outlier that had issues with this
