Temperature monitoring and calibration

  • Add AMACv2 CTAToffset field.
  • Add PBv3TestTools::temperature test that scans .
  • Add PBv3ConfigTools:calibrateTemperature for calibrating the absolute scale of PTAT and CTAT.
  • Set temperaturePB and temperaturePTAT and temperatureCTAT to AMACv2 class that return the temperature in C
  • Add pbv3_tune temp to calibrate the temperature
