pbv3_config and pbv3_readMux

• PBv3ConfigTools::configAMAC also looks under config["config"] for configuration. This make is possible to use test result files as a configuration input.
• pbv3_config returns on missing input file.
• Add pbv3_readMux for reading PB outputs multiplexed on the carrier.
• Some other code cleanup removing unused lines.
