Work on standardizing output of tests.

  • Add a standard format for tests that enable different voltages
  • Modify LV_ENABLE, HV_ENABLE and OF to the Ven format.
  • LV_ENABLE now only restores the DCDCin register.
  • Add HVIOUT check in HV_ENABLE test.
  • Add timezone to time strings.
  • Modify HV sense ADC to use a 3.24kOhm resistor.
  • Use gain x4 for load current measurement and switch to Rset=100mOhm.
