Tweaks to HV tests

  • Fix for channel mapping of HV current measuring ADC for P4.
  • HV tests now set negative voltage. This means that a Keithley 2410 should be connected by matching colors (red = voltage, black = gnd)
  • Updated labRemote to reference where DT54xx set voltage functions take negative voltage for the N varians.
  • Improved HV stepping code such that current measurements are now at round HVIset values.
  • Explicit ramp when turning on and off HV.
