Updates to Current Monitor calibration

Input Current Monitor changes

  • Calibration now tunes the "full chain" 0 current to be at 100 mV.
  • Tuning no longer resets to previous settings.

Output Current Monitor changes

  • Rework tuning procedure to reflect more the input CM tuning procedure.
  • Calibration test turns the DCDC converter on (required for sensible reading)
