Update thresholds for pass/fail.

Affected tests

  • LV_ENABLE check shifted up by 50 mV to account for mean value 1.55V from design.
  • HV_ENABLE HVmux off leakage current increased to 2uA
  • AMAC DAC outputs changed to correspond to spec
