Update Powertools Default Config
- Use the JSON object format for power supplies (berkeleylab/labRemote!168 (merged))
- Testbench is setup to work with ZTurn and
PBv3TBMassive20210504
The latter will also be bundled with firmware configurations meant for the MicroZed and has to be edited before use. This is OK, as almost 99% of the cases a ZTurn will be used.
