production_database_scripts vs itkdb Time Studies

Evan Paul Mladina requested to merge pds_itkdb_time_studies into master
  • Includes time studies on the following powerboard database scripts:
    • assembleComponents.py
    • getTestData.py
    • getPWBFromAMACeFuse.py
  • Includes a script to get the time it takes to run the API function getComponent using the component serial number and the component code.
    • getComponent_serial_vs_code.py
  • Includes a README on how to run these scripts, along with the plotting scripts.
