System v2.1

New release of the System.

It makes the following changes to the Application<->System interface:

• A new reset scheme providing a way for the Application to reset the System (!39 (merged))
• Connection of voltage monitoring, unique ID and temperature values to Application

The changes to the Application interface can be seen in this commit: VFC-HD_Base@05977265

It does not make any changes to the memory map.

In addition, this version adds the following new features:

• "BOOT ROM" functionality from @jkral (!44 (merged))
