Limit number of events recorded to error event number histograms

Only add up to 10 events per lumi block to error event number histograms groupASICErrorEventNumbers and groupErrorEventNumbers. This should be enough in normal circumstances to debug problems.
This fix was necessary to avoid merging problems at Tier-0.

Fixes ATR-26669.

Hello,

In !65070 , I had renamed test_trigAna_RDOtoAOD_v1MC_grid.py to test_trigAna_RDOtoDAOD_v1MC_grid.py to reflect the fact that there is a AOD->AOD step.
But this test is used in our EDM monitor, and the renaming is disruptive. So I put back the original name.
