Coordinate system PLACET3 (branch PAULA)

Changed the coordinate system to {x,xp,y,yp,t,momentum} in the entire code, including both old (src) and updated (src-rpl) version in order to maintain consistency. However, most of changes have been performed to src files. Before, the system used was {x,xp,y,yp,z,energy}
