Adding a new TH3 resolution histogram inclusive of mu or rho bins, in getJERcurves and fitJERcurves

Added a new 3D resolution histogram inclusive in terms of 'mu'/'rho' bins.
So we fill with all events among all mu/'rho' bins, with recpt and (pure) rec level weight.
This was implemented in:

  • DAS_SOFTWARE/Core/JEC/bin/getJERcurves.h
  • DAS_SOFTWARE/Core/JEC/bin/fitJERcurves.cc
