Merging H+c analysis processor and tools

This pull request adds the code relevant for the H+c analysis to the central fork of HiggsDNA, it shouldn't affect any part of the common workflow. It also update the re-trained DiphotonId BDT with the developments presented in the Hgg meeting Nov-23
