flow treatment of systematic variations updated

The NF corrections for photon ID inputs are moved ahead of the systematics computations, as it was done in the base processor a longer while ago already.

Therefore, I would like @cdaumann to have a quick look here.

Caveat: we observed inconsistent corrections between base and top processor yesterday, hence I put this MR as draft mode. We are investigating this further...
