SFs for muon ID and isolation

Florian Alexander Mausolf requested to merge fmausolf/HiggsDNA:muon_SF into master

SFs for muon ID and isolation. The JSON file contains several possible WPs that can be chosen. At this point, I included the SF for the medium ID WP, and a tight iso WP SF to be applied for selections including the medium ID. Other combinations included in the JSON can be added analogously, if needed by analyzers.
