add scripts for variable rescaling after applying the bWeight

Added function for calculate the scaling factor for any variable works for the analysis. variable and the binning for the given viable can be inserted in the postprocessing/merge_parquet.py with "--BTagRescaleVariableInfo" option. One just to make sure that bweight must be stored separately to make the scripts work.
