Addition of PNet-related JES and PNet-correct jets in the HHbbgg workflow

For the purposes of the Run 3 HH->bbγγ analysis, we are going to use PNet-corrected jets which come with their own JES corrections (indico). This PR makes the necessary changes to accommodate that. The behavior for the workflows without the need PNet JES remains unchanged, while some new configurations have been added for workflows using PNet corrections.

For the time being, the relevant JME json files only exist as attachments to the aforementioned indico agenda, so I have copied them to my eos and then pull them in HiggsDNA. If there is a central place where I could put them and pull them from there, I am glad to adjust.

The PR has been tested with commands and configs similar to the ones mentioned here and worked fine.

This PR also includes the appropriate modifications to the HHbbγγ workflow. FYI @ejourdhu @nkasarag

N.B.: While testing, I realized that, even though there is a SS-IJazZ target for the higgs_dna/scripts/pull_files.py script, it is not allowed in the choices of the argument. This is fixed as well in this PR.
