Copy instead of move if single output file for a task

Sebastien Wertz requested to merge swertz/bamboo:finalizeFix into master

Minor change: if a task has a single output file, copy it instead of moving it to the results folder.

In case something goes wrong with the postprocessing, i.e. when re-running the finalize step, it is better if all the job output files are left in place.
