Add --onlyprepare: run prepareTree for all inputs, then exit

This can be useful e.g. to check the validity of trigger names, or fetch JEC/JER payloads (it will not get to definePlots at all, so a local test on a few samples with --maxFiles is still very much recommended for a proper test).

I have not tested this yet, so please check the output carefully the first time
