Support for gcc13
This PR includes changes necessary for building the code with GCC 13.
In addition, one more GitLab CI/CD test was added for /cvmfs/sft.cern.ch/lcg/views/LCG_105/x86_64-el9-gcc13-opt/setup.sh .
