Two small fixes

Pieter David requested to merge piedavid/bamboo:fixes_20191129 into master
  • load the Rochester correction result (otherwise there may be errors when running without the jet variations calculator)
  • add a check in configureJets to see if _Jet was added when decorating the NanoAOD (thanks @agbet )
