Phase-2: Add link operating mode (CSP vs PRBS) to I/O port classes
Two possible modes: CSP & PRBS. For CSP, the settings are packet length, packet periodicity, and idle method. For PRBS, the options are PRBS7, 9, 15, 23 or 31.
